Our hotel in Sendling is located in the south-eastern part of the inner city and has a direct connection to the Munich underground and railway system as well as the motorway A99/A8. Therefore we are not only easily reachable but also an ideal starting position for your individual plans and appointments. A total of 98 modern and friendly rooms are at your disposal - as a home on a long term basis as well as for a short stay. A bright living and working area, spacious cupboard room, very modern technical facilities and connections for communication in all rooms are as a matter of course. Additionally to that are completely equipped kitchenettes or kitchens, which upgrade the living quality especially of our long stay guests.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
