Our apartments were completely renovated 2 years ago and feature Venetian-style furnishings. They are approximately 35m² in size and are very peaceful despite their prime location close to the university in Munich’s Schwabing district. Thanks to ideal public transport links (underground lines 3 and 6, tram line 27, and bus number 53) it is possible to reach Marienplatz and the main railway station in just a few minutes, and the new exhibition grounds are just a 20-minute journey away via the U2 underground line.
Please note that the key for your apartment needs to be picked up from the reception desk at the Hotel Modern, Schillerstrasse 16. A shuttle service will then take you to the apartment building at no extra charge (journey time is approximately 8 minutes). The apartment building does not have its own reception, but the reception at the Hotel Modern is available at all times should you have any questions or queries.
The apartments are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is not offered.
This hotel has no meal services.
